The major team news of the tie is the absence of Zenit striker Pavel Pogrebnyak. He will miss the final after being booked in the return leg in Saint Petersburg . Other than the absence of Pogrebnyak Zenit will be able to select a near full strength first eleven. For Rangers Lee McCulloch and DaMarcus Beasle return while Daniel Cousin Chris Burke and Goalkeeper Allan McGregor will all miss the final.
